Social Media Management is defined as the consolidation of responsibilities of multiple social media platforms into a comprehensive subscription service.

The responsibilities are as follows:

- Up to 15 posts per month per platform. Posts include, but are not limited to, a distribution of static posts, carousels, reels, videos, stories, etc. Content may be used multiple times on the same or multiple skeleton platforms. All content created is intellectual property of the company or individuals making said content. Posts are made and managed via billable hours.

- Customer and client support includes responding to clients, customers, followers, individuals on platforms defined under the Social Media Skeleton.

- Content creation is vital to social media platform success. Management includes photography and videography services required to meet minimum post schedule. Photography and videography, editing and digital media production not related to social media content creation will not be included. Maximum (6) hours combined photography / videography / editing billed hours per cycle. Some months may require additional billed hours, limitations apply.

- Social media skeleton is defined as the list of included platforms that are included in your management agreement.

The skeleton list is as follows:

2. Instagram
3. Twitter
4. TikTok
5. A (1) dedicated email for socials.
